Our Version of 3-Ball Rules

Each participant will be issued a color-coded wristband to identify the player’s lineup. Shooters may not trade wristbands once the event has begun. Each shooter has up to (5) chances to sink all 3 balls. Should they scratch, it counts as (2) chances. Balls made on the break resulting in a scratch are spotted. If there is no possible way to beat a previous shooter, the player’s turn is over. If there is a tie, the shooters who tie will restart the match until the tie is broken. Anyone but the shooter may rack. The rack must be in a triangle as close to the dot as possible for a tight rack. The shooter may request a rerack as many times as they want before it is struck. In the event of a final tie, the tie will be broken by each tied team selecting (1) player to shoot (1) final round. The teammate who has the best score will win the tournament for their team.
